Step 1
Open your photo stock on your computer, then running your photoshop program.

Step 2
Make duplicate layer, in the button layer pallete select " new layer" looks image below.

Step 3
Make selection using "polygonal Lasso tool" then give color to the selected area.

Step 4
After finish step 3, open filter>>blur>>Gaussian blur. then specify the radius.

In this Photoshop Tutorial I want to create " Realistic Tattoo on Face with Photoshop" first of all before we start, prepare the image we will edit.

Step1

Run  photoshop application on your computer, then select the photo that you want to edit. You can also use the photo below for exercises.

Step 2
Duplicate your layer background do the same way to Tattoo image

Further, Edit Tattoo image using "Magic Wand Tool" brush on the outside image, looks image below:

Then in menu bar options choose " Select>>Inverse" inside tattoo image selected, after that copy the tattoo image. right-click your mouse or use (CTRL + C).

Step 5
Paste tattoo image on background photo, right click>>freetransform>>rotare. adjust image location.

Step 6
In order to simplify the editing in pallet layer>> opacity to make image transparent. Use the " Eraser Tool" to delete the selected image.

Step 7
After we put the tattoo position correctly, use the "Blur" on the edge of the tattoo to disguise.
