Lighting effect on the image is not a difficult thing. In the basic basic photoshop tutorial I will show you, how to create lighting effects in the image.
Step 1
Prepare image to edit, before you start editing, you should choose the bright picture and has good quality. You can also use the image below to practice.
Step 2
At a later stage, in the "Menu Bar" select Filter>>Render>>Lighting Effect. Look like image below, things you should do is, take measurements of lighting. that the results of the lighting on the picture to be good.
After all settings done, click "ok" to complete your work. You can see the results of your edits as shown below.
